On the Ground floor of the property, guests will enjoy a living area with a fireplace and french doors, a dining area, a full bath with shower, and an open-plan spacious fully equipped, and functional kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances, accessories, kitchenware, and tableware that gives onto the living-sitting space directly accessing the terrace. Oven, hotplates, fridge and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils, and crockery.

On the mezzanine, there is a second living area overlooking the ground floor furnished with one queen size bed and one double sofa bed.

On the upper floor of Villa Desire III, guests will enjoy two bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms and a queen size double bed and french doors opening to the balcony with amazing sea views, and one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bath with shower.

The wonderfully structured outdoor area of the property, surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean herbs, can provide relaxation and recreation for a large number of guests, providing multilevel lounging and dining area. Multiple sitting areas in the front of the villa, to all of which guests have access, are designed so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of exterior independence enjoying panoramic sea and sunset views.

A handcrafted stone stairway from the house gives access to the shared pool of the complex.

The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden pergolas intertwined with climbing bougainvillea and Cycladic arches.
